We appreciated the parking garage right next door. The activities within were great, and we enjoyed the atmosphere. The rooms were quite spacious, and all the amenities were available. “When we first arrived, the carpet was damp in some areas. When calling the front desk, they said that they do spot clean in some areas. But it was enough to wet the socks. “I couldn’t fault this hotel and resort at all - the bedroom was lovely and clean. The food and drink was fab and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Dollywood was great and so was pigeon forge - there was so much to do”

“The hotel is outdated and our room Smelled like lingering smoke. Our room and bed was clean. I went April 10th 2026 Friday $154 for 1 night, for a daughter baton & dance competition. For what we needed, it was a good stay. The staff was very friendly, and courteous. We were not able to take advantage of the free breakfast. ”
