What could be more relaxing than staying at a condo on your own private island! The views from this gated island community can not be compared to anything else at the lake!

Step inside and the first thing you notice is incredible view of the lake! The condo features 3 bedroom and 2 baths has unobstructed views from the kitchen , dining, family and master bedroom. It is a short walk from the elevator for convenience! The condo sleeps 8 people, The home features a Master Bedroom, a Queen Bedroom and a day bed with a trundle. There is also a blow up mattress for 2 more guests.

Step out onto the private screened in porch to relax. Have a glass of wine and watch the boats go by. The porch has a dining table, ceiling fan and grill. You can see water from miles from this island!

The condo has an exclusive feel from having only just a few buildings on it compared to some others at the lake where there are a ton of people. The pool is a very short walk from the condo. It is located lake side and has a kids area and also lots of seating and some games on the patio. Come and swim with your family.

Looking for a boat slip? This has that also! The condo has a large 12 x 36 boat slip and a close by boat ramp to easily access to slip.

This is a perfect condo to get away from it all! Conveniently located within a 12 min drive to the Bagnell Damn Strip. We know you will love this wonderful island vacation!

Check in was all communicated via the app and email. Clear directions to room. Kitchen was clean and had all the things you would normally use. Great view of the lake. It is a winding road to get there but worth it. Pool was nice.

Wonderful space! Clean and comfortable. Jill was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Parking is quite limited, at no fault of the hosts, but something to be aware of. We would definitely return and recommend to others!

Great Family Vacation

We really enjoyed the condo. It was very nice and spacious. The pictures did a great job in capturing what we should expect. It was bigger than we thought. The kitchen was well equiped with the things we needed which came in handy because we cooked dinner in the evenings. Also the view was amazing and the screen-in deck is something we appreciated as we loved to be out there in the evenings.The description did say there was an air matress in the condo, but we looked everywhere and could not find it. The couches we not condusive to sleeping on them due to the middle cup holders. It was not a huge deal as we just went in town to Walmart and bought one. We did bring out boat down for the weekend and the boat slip worked great! Easy to get in and out. The wave breakers did a great job keeping the boat slips calm.We will definitely stay here again if opportunity presents.

Great location and view

The condo was great, comfy beds, and great location. We had an issue with the water being turned off when we got there with no intrusions on how to turn it on. But, a neighbor helped us with that. We also communicated to at we were missing a few necessity items that were included such as , toilet paper and trash bags. Never received those items, just got an i’m sorry. Very inconvenient when the store is 20 min away. Besides that it was a beautiful place.

Superb condo, bad management!

This condo is beautiful, comfortable, everything you could want, including a nice little screened balcony overlooking the water! However, the property management is not so great. ONE tight parking spot on site is allowed even though we were a group of four and the condo sleeps at least six. One more parking spot is provided quite a jaunt away, outside the gates and up a big hill. Our second car parked near the condo for ten minutes to unload and almost got towed!!!! The property has no charm, as the buildings are surrounded by paved lots and concrete, including the sad little area of the fire pit. TV is limited unless you bring access codes for your own viewing services. Although it is not old, the construction is showing wear, including the rusting outdoor metal staircases and the faltering, scary elevator filled with some obnoxious fragrance in the air. There are many rules, including stripping beds and taking out trash to the dumpster. At 10 am sharp on departure day, management was in touch to make sure we were out and the cleaning gal could have our parking pass, otherwise SHE would get towed!!! (Indeed, we had shoved all our gear to the outdoor breezeway and let her in, on time, before lugging our stuff down the three flights to our ONE car at a time.) It made for a stressful “vacation getaway.” There must be someplace better! Look around!!!

Our overall stay was excellent. Had a slight issue with the door code being wrong and had some delays waiting on the correct code. However, views were spectacular and the stay was enjoyable.

Great condo with plenty of nice space!

My husband and 18 yr old daughter, 20 yr old son spent 3 nights here. The beds were all comfy! Master bed was very comfy. We all slept great! This condo has plenty of space. View was amazing with the boat docks off to the side not blocking sight of the main channel. Everything was clean. Ac worked great. Full laundry room available. My son said in thier bathroom the water pressure wasnt great. The master shower was large and had a shower head that produced sufficient pressure so i had no complaints on that. The pool was a little smaller than i expected, but was clean SALTWATER pool with plenty of available chairs to use. The only drawback with this location is how far it is from any restaurants or gas stations. I suggest bringing water bottles, drinks, snacks on way to condo. We could've easily cooked the whole time there. Kitchen fully stocked and spacious, clean, beautiful! We would rent this condo again and probably bring a boat next time and adult friends. Getting around by boat would be quick, easy, and amazing from this location!
