Guests have full access to the home and amenities. The dock is a private dock with a walkway. Stairs are required for access to most areas of the home.

Located on the beautiful North Shores with calm cove water access in Bouge Bay at the 4mm of the Gravois Arm. Nearby hot spots include Jolly Rogers & Boat House by land. Many more by water. The home is within 20 minutes of Bagnell Dam Strip and within 30 minutes of the tourism center in Osage Beach.

Parking: there is only room for 4-5 cars maximum on this property!

Driving involves a mix of highway, blacktop and gravel roads for access. The home is less than 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and just a 1/2 day drive from NE, IA, and IL. The closest international airport is Kansas City International with regional airports in Columbia and Springfield.
