“Calling this a ‘luxury’ listing is a joke. We had cockroaches in our room to which no accommodative action was taken. They would not move us rooms nor was there any monetary compensation given despite multiple pictures and emails about the issue. Dishes were dirty in the cupboards. Everything was cheap or falling apart - shower rod was falling out of the wall, furniture was stained and had cheap covers on them, patio furniture was a small cheap wooden set that had mold on the table and cushions,...

“The location is honestly excellent. It’s very central and close to the beaches and major tourist attractions. The staff was friendly, and the other guests were quiet and respectful during our stay. However, the cleanliness, especially in the kitchen, left a lot to be desired. There was mold in several areas, and many surfaces were heavily stained from years of use. “Property very neat & clean. Check in challenging due to host communication via email rather than text. Was standing outside my room at 3pm (check in is 4) . While standing outside I was asked to Venmo $20 for extra hour. That process (via email) took 20 minutes. Not that big of a deal, but with a quest at the door it was a little off putting. Otherwise the property was lovely and well maintained.”

“Property was kinda of gross. furniture has a bunch of stains and is very old. floor in 1/2 the apartment is spongy and feels like you will fall through. bathroom wasn't to bad but over all I would never stay here again. kitchen sink back up twice into the dishwasher and leaked on the floor the first time. could me nice with a renovation and update ”

“Room was very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, nice staff, wonderful continental breakfast, free parking but to get that the person who checks you in gives you a card for front window so if parking in their lot is open you can park if not there is a very close parking garage to park your vehicle. Very efficient. Really a nice place so close to airport and malls plus many eating places to pick from too. Also not to far from Tampa Cruise Port but 15-20 minutes if that.”
