“Great and convenient stay”

“I made the reservation for my elderly father to stay there for five days. He decided not to go and I spoke with the hotel and Expedia. The hotel will not give me ANY of my dads money back. The reservation was canceled in the second day. Dad tried to talk to the hotel the first night and they wouldn’t even talk to him. He was told to call Expedia. “Breakfast was alright. Pool was freezing for being a "heated" pool. I let my kids get in for about 30 mins but it was crazyy cold! Beds seemed comfy”

“I'll try to make this short.. the place is filthy!! The bathroom had dirt and hair everywhere. The shower curtain had what looked like a streak of human feces on it! I couldn't shower without the bathroom flooding, the mattress was dirty, the walls are so thin you can hear everything, and miss were running up and down the halls non stop! “Modern hotel near lots of popular stores and right off route 83. About 15 mins from downtown York. Loved it!”

“Everything was awesome, and breakfast was yummy”

“The hotel itself was nice. The pool and hot tub were the best thing about this hotel. The elevators were a 50/50 shot whether they would work or not. Many times we even got stuck for a minute or two on the elevators. The most disappointing thing was they advertised free breakfast on Expedia and Travelocity but that's a lie. I asked and they said no, free breakfast was not included with our stay even though when searching for a hotel I had the free breakfast filter checked.”
