“The expedia site said this hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub, a major factor in my decision on this hotel. When i got there i found neither. Very disappointing.”

“The hotel was unfortunately in the process of renovating so the gym and pool were closed. The staff were nice and the rooms were clean. It was a little run down but I'm sure after renovations it will look great. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. Overall it provided everything we needed. ”

“Our AC unit did not work. The manager on duty at the time offered to switch our room. We had just gotten there and didn't touch anything (bed, bathroom, etc.) His GM told him not to switch our room. Our fridge didn't work. I only booked at this hotel because it said there was a hot tub. They had it closed off and I was told it was just closed for the night, then the weekend and then another staff member told me they were having it removed. So I'm not even sure what they real reason was. The...

“Strong pot smell throughout our whole floor. We were on a smoke free floor so that was disappointing. ”

“Breakfast was okay. Had to wait a handful of times because staff was not on top of things. Still uses tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner unlike most hotels that have the big squeeze bottles on the shower walls. Staff was okay, kind of we spoke to them but never greeted us we had to speak first. ”
