“Our AC unit did not work. The manager on duty at the time offered to switch our room. We had just gotten there and didn't touch anything (bed, bathroom, etc.) His GM told him not to switch our room. Our fridge didn't work. I only booked at this hotel because it said there was a hot tub. They had it closed off and I was told it was just closed for the night, then the weekend and then another staff member told me they were having it removed. “The hotel was unfortunately in the process of renovating so the gym and pool were closed. The staff were nice and the rooms were clean. It was a little run down but I'm sure after renovations it will look great. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. Overall it provided everything we needed. ”

“Reasonable room for the cost. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rm 408 noticed water on the floor around the toilet after flushing. Would have been nice if coffee and a TV station list had been available.”

“All around good place to stay. Called front desk for more washcloths but was told they couldnt provide more until the morning because housekeeping was not available. I had stayed with my fiance and 2 children which meant i needed 4 washcloths the room only had 2. ”
