The king size bed was quite comfortable, and the small loveseat was adequate for watching TV on rainy afternoons and evenings. The kitchen was small with the basic tools needed for a weeklong trip for two people. The Dunes restaurant is basically right next door, and the outlet mall is just across the highway.
