“Staff very friendly and breakfast very good all round great hotel with a lovely room ,enjoyed our stay”

“Camera spaziosa, carina, dotata di diversi comfort (asse, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, bollitore, ecc) e con bagno grande. Posto auto all’esterno gratuito e pub (con cibo ottimo) sotto le camere ma che non disturba assolutamente la quiete. Non abbiamo consumato la colazione. Consigliato! ”

“Room was fine. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was a disappointment as there was only instant coffee, and not much in the way of hot food that wasn’t pork. ”

“Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Malheureusement, Swindon n'est ni très jolie ni très sympa à visiter (je fréquente cette ville depuis 35 ans car j'ai de la famille ici). Le centre-ville où se trouve l'hôtel est hélas en chute libre avec beaucoup de magasins fermés depuis 10 ans.”

“No chair in room. Light switches impossible to reach from bed. Light bulbs too dim to read by. Carpets torn and not vacuumed. No phone in room. No tissues in room”

“Hotel eccezionale per comfort, cortesia e posto. L'unica cosa negativa é che la domenica la colazione viene servita dalle 8:00 in poi e se si é in viaggio di affari ci si alza presto e si comincia il giorno a stomaco vuoto...”

“The communication was terrible, we only got the code for the apartment access after we called the owner a few times. Even after he had picked up and said he was sending it, he still didn’t and we had to call him back again. This was all last minute. We had originally booked to stay in the bigger apartment but the owner sent a message on the app to say he had double booked us and were we happy to stay in a smaller apartment with a shared kitchen rather than a private one. “Lovely comfy bed and adequate generally, but room needs some updating. Last room downstairs we used was in better condition. Plenty of parking and pub food good. Staff helpful and friendly.”

“La stanza è molto spaziosa confortevole, si dorme bene, il pub è distaccato e almeno in questo periodo non porta problemi solo qualcuno che si mette ai tavoli esterni più vicini ma li si può sentire mormorare ma non da dare fastidio, potrebbero arrivare però urla fino a oltre la mezzanotte di bambini di genitori non capaci di educarli. Il pub è particolare come lo è il personale oltre che essere cordiali, un posto da scoprire”

“Accettano cani solo di piccola taglia, ma non era stato specificato nella prenotazione perciò ci hanno consentito di portare il nostro golden retriver e sono stati molto gentili ed accoglienti. ”
