Nestled in the foothills surrounded by olive orchards at about 1100 feet above sea level. We were there for 18 days. We discovered a Taverna (Mina's) in Garazo about 15 minutes away. The owners MADE our stay! Genuine Cretan food and hospitality.”

La maison est confortable et nous avons surtout profité d'un extérieur paradisiaque.On se sent comme à la maison il y a des animaux et les chiens sont adorables le coq est sympa et ne chante pas trop tôt Enfin le meilleur pour la fin l'hôte Vagelis et sa femme sont des gens en or , toujours à l'écoute et de bon conseil sans compter le lait de chèvre et les oeufs offert et le panier de bienvenue”

“We have stayed at the Sea- esta beach 3 times and it never changes .It is spacious and the veranda is big and well equipped for outside dining. The beds are very comfortable with good quality pillows and bedding. The beach is on your doorstep the restaurants are friendly and typical Cretan but what makes it so special are the people they go above and beyond to make your holiday special. “Il costo estremamente economico non giustifica la mancanza dei requisiti minimi per l’ospitalità extra-alberghiera. Non esce acqua dal rubinetto del bagno. Doccia indecente. Arredamento raffazzonato e vetusto. Pessima pulizia. Alla richiesta di un asciugacapelli mi è stato detto che non era disponibile. La struttura si compone di due container in mezzo al nulla caldi di giorno e freddi di notte. Nessuna cura nè per i luoghi ne per il cliente. Ottimo per chi cerca condizioni estreme fuori...

“Eine wirklich sehr nette Vermieterin und ebensolche Nachbarn. Das Bett und das Bad sind etwas klein, aber man kommt zurecht. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Heraklion sind fußläufig zu erreichen und selbst Knossos ist nur etwa 8-10 km entfernt. Weiter Ziele z. B. im Süden, Westen, Südwesten sind nur mit Mietwagen zu erreichen bzw. man holt vorher Erkundigungen ein zum ausgebauten Bus-Linienverkehr.
