“Hotel was under construction, and it was not stated on the app. The staff was rude. Loud breakfast was horrible. Could not even get coffee. It was instantly snatched up. Staff was loud as early as 8 AM with a janky loud cart and paid no attention to how loud they were speaking outside our door doors. As well as slamming doors. Property was disgusting, riding on walls, molded, etc..”

“Went to check in ans the front desk person was so rude. Didnt end up staying here cause the wouldn't accept my service dog.”

“They only left 3 towels even though it was a suite with 5 people scheduled but provided extra towels when requested. ”

“Very nice place, staff was super friendly, food was wonderful, and the spa was excellent. Wish they had some walking trails but other than that it was a great getaway. ”

“Had to pay daily Park Entry fee for each day in private cabin adding cost to for entire week. Kitchen sink has no water pressure. Coffee pot was not cleaned when cabin closed for winter season so it was full of mold. Went out and bought my own.”
