“Service desk employees were extremely polite & helpful! The room (209) was very clean however, it requires maintenance. It’s showing its age where the entry door had a large gap at the bottom, the bottom of the bathroom door had damage and has been spray painted. The shower valve plunger was nearly impossible to use and the tub spigot was excessively gapped with silicone along with other areas around the tub/shower. Lastly, the bed was very uncomfortable. “Outstanding staff! We originally planned to stay one night on our way to Arkansas, but our plans changed and we needed two nights - and expected to spend most of our time in the room. Our 2-queen room felt a bit small for three people, so the reception staff kindly upgraded us to a suite with much more space, at minimal price change. The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the hotel is close to plenty of restaurants and Lake Murray State Park. Highly recommend!”
