“The room was clean. The staff is always accompanying. The breakfast is well stocked and the kitchen is clean. I've stayed here on all my visits to Oklahoma and will continue to do so. Unmatched by any close hotels. 5 stars is warranted.”

“First and Foremost, the hotel is very nice, clean and with comfortable beds. However, there were two things that I was disspointed about (my opinion). 1. We arrived a couple of hours before the actual 3PM check-in time. I was told the rooms are ready, however, that for $40 fee they will check us in. “Great hotel with clean modern rooms and friendly staff. Main downside is their pool being out of service for the last several months. Other than that we really like it.”

“The room was large, spacious and super clean. We had a large TV and the rooms were mostly quiet. We had a flooding issue the last night; but management was SUPER concerned and helpful and even refunded a couple nights stay. So impressed with this place. We will be using them on all our travels to Lawton in the future.”

“I didn’t like that the elevators were not working and I wish I would have known before I had booked. They told us that they were working on it and it would be fixed that day unfortunately it was not fixed. We were staying on the third floor me due to really bad nerves in my legs because I had cancer. It was hard for me. The room was not even cold. I had a bad experience.”

“Good for a quick stay if needed. Cleaning was done, but behind the nightstand it hasn’t been cleaned in sometime. The pool was also out of order when we stayed and the breakfast left a lot to be desired.”

“The place is rundown. The sink had cracks in it. The floor tile was coming up in certain spots. The entire place needed a paint job. Not planning on coming back. Plus, the smoke alarm kept beeping. Maintenance came and fixed it but during the night (1 am) it started up again and my husband ended up disconnecting it. They did not provide coffee, only cereal.”

“Check in was very fast and they were very friendly. Upon entering the room it was very clear the pictures that I had seen online were fakes. It is very old and outdated. There were no plug-ins in the bathroom or even around the sink and mirror. The water pressure was not good at all either. My husband had to figure out how to set up the direct TV to the TV. The A/C was not blowing well at all, I checked the filter and it was caked with dust, not sure when the last time that was checked or...

“We (5) had a 2 bd/2 bath suite and it was excellent. Stayed one night, so didn’t use amenities, but saw the outdoor pool that looked great & fitness room. Breakfast was very good, location right near the freeway. Comfortable beds, great showers/bathrooms. We wish all Homewood Suites or other hotels had this room size option.”

“At check-in, we were informed our room would only be cleaned every other day. NEVER cleaned it once. Had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper and cups. I informed the main desk the room still had not been cleaned. They never cleaned it. I had to take our overflowing trash cans and dump them myself. So for our entire stay of 4 days our room was never cleaned. I wont be staying here again.”

“Room and property are clean, and updated. Staff were nice and responsive. I was greeted with good morning and hello by each of the staff. Property is near the highway and easy access to anything in Lawton. Not a lot right near the hotel, you will have to drive a short distance to get to shopping and dining.”
