Hotel a Devol

“The issue was mainly on the room. Dirty towels, left over soap from previous guest, & cockroach’s. With seeing a dirty restroom made us wonder if the bed was actually clean or simply made.”

“Our room had a strange smell to it when we arrived. We only had one bathroom towel in the room and had to request more. We ordered the room for four people, and there was only one bed in the room when we arrived. Also, our door to our room did not have any sort of lock to it meaning anybody could come in. Also, the bathroom door was broken and would not lock. The AC in the room was falling apart and only worked half of the time. One elevator was broken on our arrival and the second one broke...

“We have stayed here several times in the last 2 years, but the last time (June 16-17) was somewhat below par. They did not have any water when we arrived at 7:00pm due to water heater issues. No fault of the hotel and water was restored by about 8:30. Was told we would have hot water in about 30 minutes. Did not get hot water that night so we retired without a shower.
