The Space:

Immerse yourself in the comforting embrace of rustic charm laced with modern amenities. Our spacious home invites you to unwind amidst the peace and quiet of the woods. Revel in tranquility as you look out onto over three acres of rich foliage changing colors with the seasons.



Step inside to a warmly decorated open-plan living area that offers a plush space for relaxation. Board games and a television are on hand for your enjoyment. Every corner of our home exudes the essence of a calming, nature-focused retreat.



At the heart of our home is a well-equipped kitchen boasting modern appliances, including a coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, and stove. A homely dining table resides nearby, waiting to host your family meals, games night, or your morning coffee musings.



The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed for a royal slumber. Our second bedroom houses a cozy queen bed, while the third room has a comfortable fold-out couch, all with luxury linens and ample closet space. We've gone above and beyond to ensure your nights are as serene as your days.



Step outside into nature's playground. Our porch offers unrivaled views of the surroundings, come rain or shine. Complete with an inviting BBQ grill, al fresco dining opportunities abound.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy the entire property and outdoor spaces, ensuring absolute privacy. A private entrance provides ease of access, and self-check-in/out facilitates hassle-free arrivals and departures. Free parking is available on-premises. Amenities such as a well-equipped kitchen, TV, washer, dryer, air conditioning, heating system, ceiling fan, Wifi, first aid kit, and essentials like bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are at your disposal.

Please note that in order to sustain the tranquility of the natural retreat, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy, and no parties or events are allowed. We look forward to housing you and giving you a taste of nature at its finest in Benton County. Remember to take nothing but memories and leave nothing but footprints.



By booking this property, guests acknowledge that they may be required to electronically sign an agreement confirming their understanding and acceptance of these house rules. In rare cases, guests may also be asked to provide a nominal security deposit. This request is based on our guest screening algorithm, which flags certain reservations as higher risk. Please note that a reservation may be flagged for reasons unrelated to the individual guest’s suitability (e.g., last-minute, one-night stays that may present a party risk, even though many such stays are legitimate). The deposit, if requested, will be fully refundable provided there are no damages or violations of the house rules.



For furry friends, we allow a maximum of two dogs and charge a $75 fee per pet per stay. Unfortunately, we cannot allow cats at the property.
