Main Level: Step into a spacious open concept living, dining, and gourmet kitchen area, complete with hickory wood floors, plantation shutters, and an attached office nook. The living area flows out to a wrap‑around composite deck, offering panoramic lake views. The primary suite opens directly to the deck and features a spa-like en suite bath. The lower level provides an additional living space, bonus room, wet bar, and two more bedrooms.

Primary Suite: Enjoy private deck access, generous closet space, and a luxurious en suite bath.

Lower (Walk-Out) Level: A full living room with rock fireplace and wet bar, two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, pool table, bunk area with 4 twin bunks, and pull out queen couch.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole house except for a locked owners closet and 2 locked cabinets.



The Neighborhood:

Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Beaver Lake is visible from the property, though direct shoreline access is limited (steep terrain)—Prairie Creek Bridge and Marina are nearby for boating, swimming, and water recreation.



Getting Around:

Downtown Rogers offers dining, shopping, and local charm within about a 15-minute drive. You are just a short 12 minute drive to the beautiful War Eagle Mill, 26 minutes to Crystal Bridges Museum of Art, 27 minutes to the Scott Family Amazeum, 34 minutes to Bella Vista and lots of trails for riding or hiking. There is so much to see and do and our place puts you very close to all of it!
