A short distance to the Prairie Creek Marina, downtown Rogers, Highway 12 bridge public access, sleeps 10 (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin Bunks, LR sleeper Murphy/console Full) with 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, outside screened in porch/outside porch off primary suite, spacious living room, ready to enjoy the Prairie Creek Marina access/Beaver Lake!
* clarification: no lake access from the house 1.5 miles to marina from home.

The space
Enjoy your private stay with the entire home which includes the following:
1 (primary bedroom) King bed, private full bathroom, closets, drawers for making your stay more like home, a sitting area inside the room, tv, also access to back deck. 2nd bedroom includes Queen bed, closet, drawers, tv. 3rd bedroom includes 2 bunkbeds, closet space, tv and fun bean bags for kiddos.
Enjoy sitting area (living room) with a sleeper Murphy/console (sleeps two or less ~ not private), couches/chairs, tv.
The kitchen has everything necessary for cooking and enjoying the space as if you were home! Also, has the screened in porch off the kitchen ~ grill ~ extension for non-screened area also. Enjoy a book and fresh air!
The dining area has a table to sit 10 guest(s), there is an additional table option with chairs or again patio/porch sitting (table with 4 chairs).
Full capacity washer/dryer for guest use as well.
Nice place to play games (a few available) and let’s not forget coffee bar area!
Prairie Creek Marina is walking distance (if desired 1.5 miles), there is a place you can park a boat (please watch for septic tank lid to the edge of the drive), but you can park in front of the house on the road (dead end road) with easy turn around.
Close to downtown entertainment, live bands, shopping after a day on the lake!
