Appartamenti a Roland

“I don't know where the people stayed who left your glowing reviews, but it was NOT at this establishment. Front desk was closed at 10 when we came back from a movie so we couldn't get any kind of help. The phone number on the receipt was disconnected. The phone in the room had no cord, the TV would not come on, the bed was awful, the hallways smelled!! We were expecting a nice Vrbo experience, NOT a low rent national chain. The reviews and information attached to this venue on Expedia were...

“We slept well on the king size bed, room felt cozy but not cramped for two people.”

“Air conditioning contributed greatly to comfort compared with other places I've stayed around here, hallways were also quiet when returning late one night visitors normally appreciate that peacefulness too”

“The outdoor pool was inviting for us during our downtime. Space worked well for a group getaway too!”

“This house was very nice for my short little stay! The house smelt good and everything was super clean. The host was very kind in all text conversations and was super detailed with instructions on how to get to key and breakdown of the check in/out processes. Definitely recommend staying here!”

“Kitchen was fully suplied and clean. ”

“We love staying at the Caldwell Studio and all of the Caldwell properties. It is where we always try to stay when we visit our granddaughter who attends college at UCA. It is the BEST.”
