Cozy apartment located a short drive north of Conway, AR!

This cozy apartment is located in a perfect spot in Central Arkansas! It’s an eight minute drive to Conway where three colleges (UCA, Hendrix and CBC) are located, many baseball and softball tournaments and 45 minutes from the airport in Little Rock! Other attractions are Greers Ferry Lake, Petit Jean State Park, Mt. Nebo State Park and you can make a day trip to the famous Branson, MO! The apartment has a cozy living room with a tv, fully furnished kitchen, outside grill, 2 bedrooms—1 queen and the other with twin bunk beds and a full bath, and a small yard area.

This VRBO is amazing! Our every need was met! We were in town for a visit to Moss Mountain Farm and Hot Springs National Park. Found Conway to be absolutely amazing. Had the most wonderful evening at The Rogue Roundabout microbrewery and restaurant. Will highly recommend this property and Conway Arkansas!

Apt was cute and clean, just as pictured. The host responded quickly to all question before we arrived, and when there was a small issue with AC. Would stay again. Great location if you want to play the new cornhole mini golf game, it is only 2 miles away. :)

The property owners are wonderful. Accommodating to all our needs and very good communication before and during the stay! The property is very nice, clean and in a nice location. We played ball in Conway and it was an easy and short drive in between games. Will put this on our favorites if we are back that way!

Comfortable Cottage Apartment

Perfect for our needs!

The communication from our host was SO good! On the ball and honest about the answers. The place was perfectly located, quiet, but still close enough to make a store run if needed. Had everything someone would want to make meals or be comfy. The beds were great and the shower had INSTANT hot water! Simply appreciate this host for their hospitality and cleanliness.

This wonderful place exudes hospitality and charm. It was comfortable and cozy and with great space for two people. The location is perfect, quiet and calm but easy access from the highway. Great get away!
