“o soggiornato presso la villa di Armando con amici/ex-colleghi provenienti da vari Paesi. E'stato da subito come trovarsi a casa. Il luogo e'magico, la casa grande, luminosa, accogliente, dotata di tutti i confort. Il check-in e'stato ottimo e flessibile. Da tornarci sicuramente!”

“Siamo una famiglia con due bambini e in questa residenza ci siamo trovati benissimo. Splendida l’accoglienza e premurosa l’assistenza durante la nostra permanenza (ci é stato risolto anche un piccolo problema alla nostra auto). “Beautiful retreat for our family! Super peaceful neighborhood. Great location just a short trip to both the cool spots in Rome center and the beaches of Ostia. Also very close to the airport! LOVE the huge balcony with the outdoor tables to relax after a long day of sightseeing. There's a lot of local cafes, restaurants and walking distance to everything we needed (Conad supermarket is so nice!). The villa itself is so big, clean, and well-maintained. “Perfect for a relaxing time after a full on few days in the city. Property was very clean and well kept. Lovely pool and great space helping our family have a relaxing holiday. Bus routes are a little complicated and don’t be fooled by Google maps as walking trails are not as accessible as they think but this is not a reflection of the villa or surroundings. ”

“Great room in a large house. Nice little kitchen, bathroom with washing machine. Leonardo is a nice friendly lady, very helpful. 20-30 minutes walk to castle Gandolfo and another to the lake public beach is small, but plenty of lido's. The view from the balcony at the house is to die for.”
