“I was on the first floor which was incredibly loud from the road noise and did not sleep at all. I had my service dog with me and the day after I checked out I got charged a pet deposit which I was never informed of. I called the same day they said it would be refunded I never received a refund.”

“We were pleasantly surprised with the property. The hotel was stunning and I was very impressed with their complimentary social hour on Wednesdays and the breakfast as well. We enjoyed sitting outside and in the common dining area, all of the furniture looked new and chic. Thank you to Ashley who was very helpful during our stay, but really thank you to all of the staff— you were pleasant and made our stay enjoyable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!”
