Located in an elegant and quiet 17th century building equipped with elevator.
In the heart of Rome historical city center, Living Rhome is two hundred meters from the appealing Spanish Steps and from the most exclusive streets of Rome.
The structure offers free Wi-Fi, LCD TV, heating system and air conditioner.
Thanks to its central location, at only walking distance from Via del Corso and the fascinating Via dei Condotti, it is the ideal solution to fully appreciate the rich cultural and artistic heritage the capital has to offer, as well as a holiday dedicated to shopping and the tasting good food.
The apartment is positioned in a strategic point to whoever wants to visit Rome on foot, but you may also find the underground station SPAGNA, the main bus lines and touristic buses within walking distance from the apartment facilitating your wandering around the city.
A member of our staff will be at your service upon arrival for any possible need you may have hoping to make your roman stay is as pleasant as possible.
The 70 square meters apartment, located on the 3rd floor ( just with a flight of stairs to reach the elevator) and equipped with the most modern comforts, consists of an entrance hall, dining room, living room, bedroom, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with freezer, laundry machine, dish washer, Nespresso, microwave oven and electrical kettle.
Modernly furnished, taken care of downs to the finest details and embellished with parquet floors and wooden beams ceilings, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people in a calm and cozy environment.
The silent and bright bedroom with a flat screen TV will make you rest in a comfortable king size bed.
The living room is ideal for your relaxed moments and has a three seater sofa that transforms into a comfortable bed, an armchair, a wardrobe and LCD TV.

Elevator in building is deceiving.
The apartment is nice and in a great location, but although there is an elevator in the building, it is difficult to access this apt especially with bags. The elevator is in another part of the building in which you have to use a very small spiral staircase going up one floor and other small flights of stairs to use it, and it's an old-style cage elevator. Otherwise, the only way to directly access this apt is 6 flights of stairs that can be exhausting unless your young and fit. Also, the washer/ dryer does not dry.

Fantastic Location & Great Stay!
We really loved the location of this apartment — within a half hour or less of all the major spots in Rome! Plus having the AC in the bedroom and living space was crucial for the hot (+95 degrees F) days we were there. Overall a fantastic experience in a cute, clean and quiet neighborhood.

Great in so many ways!
I loved spending 5 weeks in this apartment. It was as pictured, but even nicer and larger in person. The apartment was very clean and had exceptionally cold air conditioning, which was a great relief during the extremely hot summer. The bed was large and very comfortable. The location cannot be beat...within easy walking distance to all the main attractions of Rome, with many good restaurants, shops, and grocery stores nearby, and the building itself is clean and safe. WiFi worked perfectly and having satellite TVs was a nice feature. Communication with the owner was fantastic! Giorgia answered all of my many questions both before and during the stay with speed and kindness. This apartment had everything I wanted or needed! I hope to return here again as I found it a perfect stay for a "Roman Holiday"!
