Casa Cornacchie è una casa vacanze (gestita da FromHometoRome) al primo piano di un palazzo storico nel pieno del centro, a pochi minuti a piedi da Pantheon, San Luigi dei Francesi, Piazza Navona o Santa Maria Sopra Minerva.



Con due camere da letto, con letti matrimoniali o singoli - a seconda delle vostre esigenze - può ospitare fino a quattro persone. Un soggiorno, una piccola cucina completamente attrezzata e un bagno dove trova posto anche una lavatrice completano la proprietà, che si trova in un edificio dotato di ascensore. Aria condizionata e una connessione internet Wifi sono a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti.



Standard check-in: dalle 15 alle 21 (Con il self check-in, il cliente potrà entrare anche dopo le 21 senza costi aggiuntivi)

Su richiesta, siamo flessibili sugli orari di check-in e check-out, secondo la disponibilità dell’appartamento e le esigenze di pulizia.



Il check-in è in modalità self, il cliente per ottenere i dettagli di accesso dovrà compilare il form online con tutte le informazioni richieste obbligatorie. Se il Governo Italiano introdurrà un regolamento che vieta i check-in in modalità self, effettueremo il check-in in presenza, dalle ore 15 alle ore 21. Dopo le 21 è prevista una late fee di € 50.



Un extra di € 35 verrà richiesto per i check-in in presenza che si terranno nelle seguenti date: 25 dicembre, 1 gennaio, domenica di Pasqua e 15 Agosto.



Il check-in avviene tramite self check-in. È OBBLIGATORIO che l'ospite compili il modulo online che invierò al momento della prenotazione della struttura, indicando le informazioni del documento d'identità, come richiesto dalla legge italiana. Il modulo deve essere completato entro 48 ore dall'arrivo dell'ospite a Roma. Inoltre all'interno del form sono presenti i contratti di locazione che sono obbligatori firmare. La compilazione del form richiede 5 minuti circa.

The location was amazing and the hosts were very responsive. The furniture was broken and in bad shape and needs replacing. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. In addition there was a huge flood as one of the pipes was just kind of glued to the wall (which, with these older buildings, isn't uncommon). We had a wonderful stay, overall, with our kids and really enjoyed "being in the centre of it all!!"

The host was always very responsive and communicated vey clearly. They helped accommodate our early arrival so that we were not stuck wandering around with luggage for several hours waiting for a 3pm check-in. That flexible mind set of seeking solutions is rare and greatly appreciated.The beds were comfortable and everything was clean.The location is great if you want to be in the Campus Martius: halfway between the Vatican and Piazza di spagna with the pantheon and piazza Navona immediately adjacent.A great place from which to explore Rome.

This apartment was perfect! I was with my 91 year old mother and my Aunt & Uncle. The elevator was a lifesaver. Emanuele was wonderful and communication was promt and informative. The location was ABSOLUTELY STELLAR! It had everything we needed and we would stay here again most definitely! Thank you so much!

Clothes Washer was very helpful and easy to use, A/C was great, It was a great location to access all the site in Central Rome. Loved the neighborhood.There was a significant sewage odor coming from the toilet area. The host cleaned it up the first day but it was there every day and the Host response was "sorry for that, this could happen in the city center but mostly when you keep water running disappear" but that did not resolve the odor. It was not healthy and I was disappointed that no adjustment was offered.This was the only negative thing I have to about this property.

Overall the location was great (which was the reason for late night noise on the street)! Some of the instructions were not the same online as they were printed in the apartment (the paper said checkout was 10 am but online 11 am) and the keycode information was different from the printed paper. I would juat recommend that they be the same. Otherwise everything else was great and the location was primo!

Very Clean and had a lot of amenities that you could need. The host was very helpful when I needed help getting in when I first got there. This spot is in a great location that is in close walking distance to a lot of the attractions (Pantheon, Colosseum, Vatican, shopping, restaurants, etc.)

Amazing location and apartment

The apartment was lovely, it was located in a wonderful location with easy access to all the tourist sites. Great coffee shops all around and many places to eat. Easy access for taxi pick up as it was literally around the corner from the Pantheon. Owner was wonderful, allowing us to check out a little later. Definitely would recommend.

A fantastic location in a great neighborhood with wonderful eateries & patisseries. Walk to the Eiffel Tower in less than 10 min. Apartment was very nice and comfortable. The only complaint I have is we checked in at 10:30pm due to a delayed flight, & we couldn't get the lock box open, even 7 different people tried but no luck. The office closed at 10pm so we had no support. Finally after 90 minutes and other guests/residents trying, we had to pry it open...not happy....

I highly recommend this rental. The location is in the center of so much activity, in a central area close to everything and not even 3 minutes from the pantheon. The unit was cooled quite well during very hot days. There was enough hot water for my family of four to take back to back showers with no issues. The communication with the host was great, with all of my questions answered quickly. We were completely happy with this space.

Great location

This apartment is in an excellent location. It is very important to communicate with the owner when you were on the way from the airport and when you plan to arrive, as it would be very difficult to locate it and you need keys to get into the front part of the apartment building. The air conditioner works great, which is really important in the hot months, and we used the laundry machine to do wash as we needed it as well. The location of the apartment makes it really easy to walk and get to many places.It can be very noisy at night time and I believe trash pick up is during the nighttime as well, which can be quite loud. We had a white noise maker, which covered a lot of the sound, but if you’re a super light sleeper, it might be a problem.And most of all, the owner was very responsive and very pleasant. He met us upon arrival and showed us around the apartment and was very kind. I messaged him with a question about the coffee maker and he was also responsive while we stayed here.I recommend this place to stay, especially based on the location and you’re able to make your own meals if desired.
