“Only feedback I have is if you’re going to charge me the full stay at check in, don’t attempt to take out the daily rate every night that I stay there that’s an odd way to charge ppl. I asked the staff why was that happening at check out and I was advised it was a system glitch. I said ok and she said I was good to go. “I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else.”

“Contemporary design has good eye appeal. Upon finding the Hotel it is difficult to find check in and no parking area to facilitate that. Our friends who met us there use handicap parking and there is no way they would be able to come in the front door. They had to call the hotel from downstairs to be let in so they could check in! Were you trying to make this difficult or just targeting the 30 - 40 crowd with just a carry in bag? There was just ONE complimentary water in our room, come on!! they...

“I believe they put us in a room typically meant for guests with pets, so the minor damages were to be expected, but overall it was clean, well decorated, quiet and professional. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Stayed here for 2 days came in my hotel and the window screen was broke, the TV was broke, and the front door would not shut it stayed open all 2 nights. Staff was terrible they never helped out and they are very rude and disrespectful! I would not recommend this hotel to stay at.”

“We were excited to sit by the outdoor fire on a cool spring evening but the staff informed us they didnt have propane. The room was nice and well kept but our room was next to the elevator and it made noise everytime it went up or down. In the morning when people were headed yo breakfast, it woke us up. Breakfast wasnt included. Ive never stayed at a hotel that didnt have continental breakfast included. Over all, i wouldn't stay at this hotel again.”

“Our hotel room was spotlessly clean, although we thought we had two queen beds and we ended up with the queen and a pull-out twin. The sofa was threadbare in the living room. Breakfast one of the days was dismal. Second day was much better with a variety of choices including omelets bacon, hash, browns, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereals, etc”

“Breakfast was better than typical continental breakfasts. The beds are mediocre, not horrible not great. The most bothersome thing was that the bathroom area smelled bad like cigarette smoke even though the whole hotel was supposed to be smoke free. There were also a couple of days of our three that we stayed where our whole room smelled like cigarette smoke. For this reason alone, we won’t stay there again.”
