“While the space is clean, the bed was nice, and the rooms are different from every other hotel you’ll stay in, we did have negative as well.
The tv in our room did not work. The fridge barely kept our drinks cold, every door in this hotel has to be literally shoved open, and they give you a maximum of 4 wristbands per room for swimming.”

“I had an absolutely awful experience at this hotel. The room was dirty, and to my horror, I spotted multiple cockroaches crawling on the floor. The staff was unhelpful, and the entire place felt unsafe. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it.”

“The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. ”
