Zona ricchi di ristoranti e vicino al river front e al museo di Rosa Parks. Un buon hotel e mi sento di consigliarlo. Bel palazzo, l'esterno del palazzo è bello così come l'hall di altra epoca.”

“Customer service was very good, and it's a great hotel. The only issue was the power outage and emergency evacuation. My husband is elderly, and he had a lot of trouble making it outdoors in the dark stairwell, with people pushing, etc. He had a few bumps and bruises. Then we stood outside in the very cold weather and no announcement was made on when to come back in. I think staff did their best in a difficult situation, but it seemed like confusion and lack of coordination on what exactly to do...

“The staff was nice, room was clean, the nightstand was broken. Had to rig it to keep the drawer closed. But definitely wouldn’t keep me from staying there again.”

“What stood out to me was my housekeeper, she is very sweet an kind an nice to me. An she always ask if I need anything while I stay here. An I love how she brings her family with her to help her out. I love that about her. Keep up the good work.”

“No hot water, tv remote kept falling apart”

“It's definitely not a five star hotel , but the bed was comfortable and there was no bugs in the room and there was no hair in the tub and for the price I paid that's amazing. The manager on duty late at night around 12:00 a.m. Was very helpful as he went out of his way to assist me. If I'm ever in the area again I would definitely consider staying there again.”

“The bed was very comfortable. The bathtub was however stopped up. And I stayed 2 night told front desk the next morning I didn’t want housekeeping in my room. Someone went in anyway and changed the garbage and left clean towels and now I have a pair of tennis shoes I can’t find So I’m kinda upset about that”
