“yes everything was wonderful”

“We stayed in a handicapped room and it was huge for us to go around with a wheelchair. I wished they had a handicapped stool in the bathroom but still a very nice room. The bed was fair. But I would say our stay was good. I just don't like that the older gentleman from the front desk went to the breakfast area and he started arguing with the other occupant. Also, there was a drunk person in the parking lot who was trying to get my attention. But I think they were occupants too. Anyhow, still...

“Friendly staff”

“There was a shuttle service to and from the metro station. Hot breakfast was served in the morning.But If you travel by car the hotel is not close to the highway. That was the only part we thought was little hard as we had to go back and forth to D.C.”

“The staffs are so friendly and accessible to assist. Good location for a getaway.”

“La finestra è finta, non si apre, quindi non si cambia l aria e sei costretto a sentire il rumore del motore del condizionatore tutta la notte e soprattutto non si puo' cambiare l 'aria. Per me gravissimo. In America usano fare così e in tutti gli alberghi dove sono stato era così. Non vedi l' ora di scappare dalla camera. Il personale è solo nero o latino, quindi tutti molto gentili ed educati. ”

“Nice and very clean room. Beds and pillows so comfortable. Hotel Shuttle bus take you to metro station, which is only 25 minutes from downtown Washington. Great breakfast.”

“No microwave ! We had to bring our own teapot ! They claimed they did not have any black tea bags, only herbal tea ! But then the next day at breakfast, we had to ASK them again, and they finally brought out the black breakfast tea, that earlier they claimed they did not have !!”

“Yes my only complaint for this is the pillows, bring your own pillows”

“Air conditioning did not work. Theres no working wifi at all in the back section of the building. The smell of marijuana. Horrendous Just overall bad experience”

“Clean room & close by the Air Force base! The only issue I had was rooms not being ready at 3pm; the front desk Clerk was nice but told me to return in an hour! Yo be fair, I did book using a third party app which was probably why the system didn’t show my information. ”

“The entire experience was horrible. Rude staff who pushed me out in the morning without giving me a chance to speak. I was going to get another two nights out of pure need but it was so not worth it I literally went and slept outside on the ground and had a better time. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to and they have roaches and bed bugs. ”

“Booked this room for a one night stay. Once I entered my room I regretted it immediately. The online pictures are deceiving. My room was dirty, the television didn’t work. There was no phone in the room and there was urine left in the toilet. The longer I sat in the room the more I began to itch. I left the room to make the front desk aware of the conditions. Just to be told this is how it is and he wasn’t responsible for housekeeping or shall I say lack there of. He offered me another...
