Rosedale Beach Paradise

Questa bella casa in stile Palm Beach si trova sopra un santuario marino sulla North Rosedale Beach. 50 metri a piedi dal giardino direttamente sulla spiaggia e sulla laguna. Sia che tu voglia trascorrere lunghe giornate pigre leggendo sul ponte che si affaccia sulla spiaggia o goderti il ​​surf, fare snorkeling all'Isola di Jimmy, passeggiare lungo la spiaggia spesso deserta, per un weekend romantico o una lunga vacanza in famiglia, questa casa ha tutto. Le spiagge circostanti sono spesso deserte tranne che per l'abbondante vita degli uccelli e occasionali escursionisti, e sono sicure per il surf e il nuoto oceanico. La zona è famosa per il suo bushwalking, la pesca e la rilassante atmosfera da spiaggia all'antica.
Il meraviglioso zoo di Mogo si trova a breve distanza.
Rosedale è a 5 minuti dai negozi locali per tutte le necessità, l'aeroporto di Moruya è a 20 km e ha voli giornalieri per Sydney.
Supermercati, caffè, boutique, zoo di Mogo, campi da golf ed equitazione sono a soli 20 minuti di distanza.

Treetops hideaway

We loved the location of this beautiful home, nestled amongst trees, with views to the beach. The house had plenty of space for a multi generation adult family group. Two living spaces were a bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings were comfortable, and artwork made it feel quite luxurious. Enough parking for our two cars. We’ll be back.

Can't beat that stunning view

We stayed over Christmas with an extended family group. There was heaps of room with two very large indoor living spaces, and an unbeatable view through the bush to the beach from the huge deck. The easy walk down through the trees to the beach was well-used.

Had a lovely weekend

The location of this house is excellent! Beautiful views of the beach and easy access. The owner was helpful & easy to reach. Check in and out was hassle free. House was tidy, cosy and had all the things we needed. Only thing to note is that the parking space is actually very tricky to get in and out of so just be prepared for that - luckily there is also space on the street for parking. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend 😊

Fab beach house

Luxurious accommodation with old world beach house atmosphere. The house, which is an attraction in itself, is on a steep block with stairs but it doesn’t take long to get your sea legs.

Gracious living by the sea

I highly recommend this spacious charming home, full of light and with spectacular views of the beach and ocean. The house is fully equipped for outdoor and indoor dining and relaxing on comfortable armchairs, sofas and chaise lounges. The two sitting rooms are generously proportioned with cathedral ceilings and open onto wrap around verandas.

Superb house and location

Architecturally lovely, extremely well built, but not so immaculate or delicately furnished that you're afraid of sitting on the couch or using the kitchen! Multi levels is great for the kids.

Amazing

Rosedale Beach Paradise was the perfect retreat for a long weekend away. The house is enourmous with distinct living areas upstairs and downstairs. The deck is fantastic when the sun is out but the floor to ceiling windows in the main lounge mean even if the weather is off the atmosphere is still great. Beach is just out the back door. Bunk room downstairs is a really great setup and we had a fantastic weekend. Looking forward to the next visit.

The beach house of my dreams

My family had such a wonderful stay over the week of Christmas . Our stay was just perfect and the home so well presented, with everything we needed to host a perfect Christmas lunch on the beautiful deck overlooking the beach. I do hope that one day others get to experience what we did at this beautiful home nestled among the trees overlooking the beach. We decided this was the best home at Rosedale beach to stay at. This spacious, light and comfortable holiday house, overlooking Rosedale Beach, is fantastic.

This house was loved by adults and kids alike. With wide verandas, a little track to the beach, gorgeous views and plenty of comfortable couches, board games and reading nooks, we had a perfect week at the beach. The kitchen has plenty of plates, platters and everything we needed and the kids loved the bunk beds!

We have been staying in Rosedale for the last 5 years and have stayed in accommodation at both ends of the beach and this place is by far the best house we have stayed in This house has a great layout that has room for everyone to unwind and relax. The sliding doors to the deck allow you to completely open up the living area and the deck making one enormous room so that adults and kids can relax and not be under each others feet and the additional room downstairs allows the kids their own space when they want it. Beds are super comfy, kitchen is well equipped and the house has a charm and feel that I have not experienced elsewhere and one that exudes calmness. Evening meals on the deck over looking the beach are truly amazing. Access to the beach is great and if you have smaller children the North end of Rosedale is a little more protected and a little safer than the southern end and this place is more favoured to the North end. Owners are extremely helpful and friendly and while our previous stays and rentals in Rosedale were great, this place really does take the cake. It usually books out early as I have been trying to get this place for the last 3 years so you have probably got to book early but after finally getting an opening to rent it I will be booking early every year as its a bit like flying Business class - its hard to go back to coach !!

Great beach location. Large family accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay at Rosedale over New Year. The house was very tidy and clean. Plenty of beds and two living rooms. We had issues with the top bunks being really high without a rail so we couldn’t use them as we felt they were too high/unsafe (kids 3-10 years old) but we had plenty of other beds anyway. The beach was a short walk down a little track which was perfect. Overall a great stay and I would recommend it.
