Motel a Rosenberg

“AVOID THIS “ HOTEL” AT ALL COSTS!!! I arrived into town and had not even been checked in and in my room for five minutes before I got a devastating phone call. I immediately left and went back to the airport to fly home. I called this hotel to let them know that I would need to cancel my stay due to unforeseen circumstances. It took DAYS for this and very many calls and they still denied a refund! My cousin was staying at the Fairfield 20 minutes down the road and when she got the same car she...

“This places was horrible. I don’t know how they have a 8 review on Expedia. They had roaches TV didn’t work. Couch dirty mirrors dirty. Bed frame dirty. Guy move us to another room and the same thing more roaches in that room. Worst experience I had. Tried to cancel he said I couldn’t. I had to cancel through Expedia. I let him know all this before I left. Even showed him the roaches. Remote had no back on it. This should have been a 1 on this app”

“This is one of two properties in the Houston area with the same name, the other near Pasadena. Subjectively it's a step above Motel 6. Fairly clean, towels are more substantial and not as see through, maid service daily, it has all the basics. The indoor bar fridge was turned off with a puddle of water in the freezer portion but it was a separate freezer and fridge. Amenities were basic including the small packets of shampoo and conditioner. Would of been nicer with more furniture...

“The room was Ok, in the restroom there were holes in the wall between the shower and the door, the toilet paper holder was broken, there were little roaches crawling around in the restroom, there was no water pressure in the shower. The door trim in the restroom was dirty, there were paint stains on the wall in the restroom behind the door.”

“Remote didn’t work to great and no bag for dirty clothes but other than that it’s was absolutely amazing”
