“Entry door to room was filthy. Ask house cleaner why and she said because the sun destroyed it, Then paint it as the bathroom door and trim has never been painted either. Sink and toilet had stains on them which they kept our hundred dollar security deposit because they said it was from our hair dye but we didn’t use that sink. Erin was very defensive and rude when calling to tell us she was keeping the deposit. Would never recommend staying here. Plus a barking dog at 4am and all morning....

“The suite was clean, the sheets/bedding very comfortable, some croissants and coffee left for me to have. Very eco-friendly environment with a lovely view of the gardens. This was an incredible stay. I travel a lot for work and this was easily one of the best, if not the best, stay I've ever had. ”
