“The place is disgustingly run down there are drug addicts that hang out in the parking lot come to your door all hours of the night/morning begging for money there was piles of garbage in the stairwells had sat there for 3 days and still probably there the place should be condemned”

“The property was a a very old house in a poorer area. The bed was only a double. The worst was the fact that there was no heat. There was mold in the bathroom.”
