“Room and bathroom were very clean and modern. The rug runner between the beds was a nice touch. However, the shower/tub had no grab bars and not tub mat which made the bottom of tub very slippery and possible to fall down easily. The outside pool area looked very modern and somewhat secluded. However, the front parking area in unfinished recently demolished restaurant parking and the back parking lot is spacious, but didn't seem secure.”

“Why only ice machine on 3rd floor? Put in the rooms a list of restaurants in the area. Also, stores and such that are near. The water pressure was horrible! The breakfast coukd be improved. Honestly though the room abd hotel were very clean. I have already recommended this hotel to others”

“The Room had bed bugs, I took a photo, and I found old Q-Tips behind the bed, old sheets with old blood stains on them after inspections and a nest of bed bugs that I also took photos of. Other than that the staff was friendly or I didn’t really speak to them at all. Breakfast was great in the morning though. ”

We had only an hour to make a meeting
It would have been nice to have been notified at the beginning instead of me slapping my hands turning on the faucet and no water!
