“AWESOME HOTEL. Only issue was with the pool, and this is a personal preference. The water was cold. It's an indoor pool with no sunlight coming in. I prefer warmer water. One super positive is that the filter assembly is in a separate room and you can't hear it. Our room was fantastic and very clean. And what a FABULOUS staff. And location, can't beat it. Really loved this place. Thank you.”

“I stayed at this property for 5 days and enjoyed. Check in was great and prompt, my room that was cleaned by Norma all 5 days were great. Every staff member I came into contact with was amazing and friendly. The best part about it was momma in the kitchen. First, the breakfast every morning was different and it was a good one. She greeted every guest and went over and above with everyone she interacted with. I had a sinus cold and she heard me coughing and ask me was I okay, I told her yes. She...

“I enjoyed my stay while at the best western plus hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. I especially like the fact that the place was really clean. The amenities were good and also the fact that there were a couple of fast food restaurants right across from the hotel. If you rent a car, you also have a gas station right across the street from the hotel. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay.”

“Everything was great during our stay: our room was very clean and maintained each day. The breakfast offered a nice variety of foods that appealed to everyone. The staff was very attentive and took care of issues immediately when they noticed them instead of letting them go and waiting for a guest to complain - that is huge and becoming less common lately! This is our go-to hotel when we travel to this area - we will definitely come back next time!”

“Yes, the breakfast was fresh and prepared. Well, I don't think they handle the rainy season well . I don't know we lost Powell for like 2 and a 1/2 hours other than that, the stay was, okay.”
