L'appartamento è situato nel comune di Rosignano Marittimo (LI), la frazione di Rosignano Solvay si trova lungo un tratto di costa Toscana, con spiagge sia di sabbia che di scoglio ( Loc. Castiglioncello), è un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare l'arcipelago Toscano (isola d'Elba, Giglio, Capraia...) Vicino alle più famose città d'arte, Firenze, Pisa, Siena, Montalcino... Senza dimenticare le città termali come Casciana terme, San Giuliano terme e le terme di Saturnia.
La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla del paese, ha un'entrata indipendente con spazio esterno attrezzato con tavolo, sedie, ombrellone e barbecue.
Dista circa 1km dal mare, che è raggiungibile anche attraverso una pista ciclabile che attraversa il centro del paese, nelle vicinanze della casa si trovano negozi, supermercati, Lidl e Conad.
