“clean rooms but there were no towels and only one wash cloth. Soap was only body wash soap. It would have been nice if they also had bar soap. To be fair attendant gave us towels after I reached out to them.”

“Front desk gal was overwhelmed and exhausted but very sweet. The happy hour on Tuesdays and Wednesdays was a nice treat and breakfast was fantastic…so many options. The room could use a bit of love and the street noise was not appealing. This was our first stay at this hotel. ”

“Staff is very friendly. The place smells of smoke even my non smokers room. Checked into room, no toliet paper and both towels in the room were heavily stained yellow. Requested new towels. The next 5 towels all had different yellow spots and stains all over. Shower curtain had hair. I left 3 hours after checking in, couldn’t do it. Staff is very friendly but the owners of the place have to work on cleanliness ”

“We have really liked this hotel. It’s close to Hofstra and close to the LIRR Mineola station, as well as a very short walk to Roosevelt Field Mall. A couple of weird things: the hallway outside our room was very cold (here during odd cold snap in late April), and there is no place to hang up towels. I’m glad to reuse our towels but not if they have to be scrunched into a cubby. There need to at least be hooks in the bathroom. I also noticed there is no disposal in the kitchen sink, if that...
