Hotel a Ross Ferry

“Everything was OK, it was just a little more basic than what we were expecting. The room was big and had a front deck. Limited Choices of television channels to watch, and the Wi-Fi signal weak. The breakfast that was included was hard for a gluten-free person. the bacon and eggs came I think frozen and then microwaved and the cereal was limited with no other options for gluten-free eating, which was a bit of a disappointment”

“This location is perfect for anyone taking the ferry to or from Newfoundland. Nothing fancy or spectacular. Overall just average. Takes hot water awhile to arrive.”

“The room was clean but dated. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was good with excellent service.”

“Great location and a wonderful view from our unit. One major problem was that the television was too small and did not work with access to a limited number of channels and a very poor screen quality.”

“Pool and laundry facilities as advertised on their site were not available. Pool down for renovation. Washer/dryer non-existant. Rooms dated needed refurbishing. Tub rusted, mold on floor, handle on toilet needed jiggling to stop constant running, walls needed washing or painting. Furniture old and we'll used, should be replaced. Breakfast unexceptional though sausages and orange juice were good. Not worth the price paid for 2 day stay.”

“Nice large room close to North Sydney for the Ferry. Rooms were spacious and clean. Convenient to have a restaurant on site.”

“Had to pay almost $50 more to check in early and they only had a few rooms booked. Missed breakfast as I didn't realize it closed at 9:30 .The bed slipped away as you sat on it. the floor under the bed was plywood.unfinished.”

“The access doors worked with no problems at all, the beds were super comfortable and the front desk staff were very helpful, efficient and friendly. I will definitely stay here again.”
