“The staff and communication prior and during the trip was excellent. Location was great, a Co-Op near by and a 10 min walk from Print Works, AO Arena - not far from everywhere really. Room was clean and tidy, spacious and equipped suitably. The boiler was rather noisy, and there was a slight food smell on the linens. Lovely welcome pack on arrival e.g. coffee, sugar, tea, hot chocolate and cookies, but no milk. Thankfully Co-Op over the road so not too much of a problem. The place was...

“The photos don’t match the photos from 2022. Suitable if you are working in the area for a while but not for a holiday. Decor was tired. Bed was comfy and the kitchen had all the utensils and utilities you need, hence the 3*”

“Fantastic stay with Barry, Barry was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and showed us everything we needed. The annexe was exceptionally clean, bed was very comfortable, also a great range of breakfast options which we were not expected so a lovely bonus to the stay. The property is not far from the train station and is in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. “The flat is spacious and clean, well located near the high street with plenty of restaurants and shops. We really appreciated all the clear instructions in the house manual and the basic kitchen supplies the hosts had left for us. Checking in and communicating with the host was very straight forward.
