“I stayed one night as I was going through my Kootenay road trip and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and property were beautiful and well kept. Surprisingly a breakfast buffet was included and was terrific, much higher quality than most hotel breakfasts but I believe it was a VIP perk through Expedia so YMMV (I was told it's 30dollars without the voucher).
Overall, I would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. There are a few other food...

“The room was very congested and the carpet seemed never vacuumed because the floor had a lot of pets hair. The staff seemed unwilling to smile and be friendly. The blanket had yellow stain on it. The coffee maker had collected dust.Some towels smelled bad. However the building itself looks well kempt and clean.”
