“From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was amazing; welcoming and so knowledgeable! The decor is sumptuous; not only the lobby, but the room (not one of the rail car rooms) felt like an indulgence. For some reason the atmosphere brought to mind “The Queen’s Gambit;” so cooooool; retro, but perfectly modern. I appreciated the in-room eco-friendly waters, and the cute postcard. We will stay here every time we visit Chattanooga in future.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay at Spark by Hilton! Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the mini fridge was very convenient. We also loved having a balcony overlooking the pool. Parking was plentiful and easy. The highlight of our stay was Anand (“Andy”) at the front desk. We were traveling with our grandson, who is on the autism spectrum, and Andy was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. He made us feel at home from the moment...

“This is basic accommodation with no elevator. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The shampoo and body wash in the shower had pump tops which are easier to use than the squeeze bottles so many places use now. We didn't try the included breakfast but it didn't look like there was a lot of options.”

“I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chattanooga South/East Ridge and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the bed, which was extremely firm and uncomfortable. A good night's sleep is one of the main reasons for booking a hotel, and I struggled to get comfortable throughout my stay. “Such a cool hotel which was perfect for our trip to Chattanooga. The staffing was awesome the views from our room were amazing. It was walkable to pretty much everything we needed and we only had to take a couple of short drives.”

“We booked a suite and got a standard 2 bed with no suite. Room smelt like mildew and cigarettes, carpet was wet. TV was crooked and looked like it was going to fall off the wall.”
