“Hotel pictures show a newer hotel. This hotel is either a bad remodel or older. Our beds were not very comfortable and had a spring sound. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall after we pulled towels off it. Room was mostly clean but elevators seemed very dirty. Pool was out of service. Breakfast was ok but limited. Not worth money they charge to stay. Front desk was not very friendly at night shift but day shift was friendly and attentive. Probably would not stay again for the price.”

“Great affordable place to stay… we were just a couple passing through - but it would have been great for a couple with two kids or a longer stay. Well appointed, historic and true Chattanooga artsy feel. Great location - walkable to Urban Stack (great burgers and environment), a hip cocktail bar No Hard Feelings and many more. We will definitely stay here again’”
