“Pictures were deceiving, no housekeeping if you stayed longer than 3 days. Was told by housekeepers, no. No ice maker in room fridge, told to walk across to another hotel, then super 8 said only 1 ice maker works. Hotel smelled old. No coffee in room. Was told we’d get a water pitcher, asked a few times and never got it. Many small things but they all add up. Kind of stunk.”

“I paid $324 for 1 night. As soon as we walked in the room, we found raisins in the floor beside the bed. As I took a shower that night, there was hair stuck to the shower floor and wall. Additionally, there were dead gnats stuck to the bathroom ceiling.”

“The room was clean and decorated nicely. The porch swing was a great surprise. Breakfast was wonderful and the homemade apple bake was delicious. Our host was so nice and accommodating. ”

“The pool chemical levels were horrible. My husband is pool certified and brings his tester to every pool we go. The pool was defiantly not properly maintained. Our room floor was wet - as was everything we owned when we left. The carpet was also sticky in front of the desk in our room.”
