“Really thought this place was a cool spot to stay at. The room itself was really nice and cozy and the staff was super friendly and helpful. My only complaints ate that my room didn’t have any hot water — tried everything to make it work, but no matter what I did, only cold water. I assume that’s not an every room thing so take that with a grain of salt. I also didn’t know there was going to be expensive valet option only for parking, but that could have been an oversight on my part. The...

“The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. ”
