Hotel vicino a Rotary Snowplow Park - Breckenridge

“In the first room the heat was on, temperature was 88⁰ and the AC was not turning on after attempting, we walked straight back to the front desk and explained that would not be okay for us and our dog. The front desk said she could send maintenance.. she then said she could make an exception, but that they normally would not offer a different room. The only other room had construction going on above, there was hammering / pounding heard from the ceiling for the first 30 minutes. I undertand that...

“room had issues..ceiling fan not work ..81 degrees at nite, carbon dioxide beeping, no elevator, no bar Saturday nite, far from town, shuttle ends early on Saturday…they did have a humidifier. hot tubs very small for size of hotel. food was good, breakfast ok”

“I was going to go in the hot tub for the one night it was going to be open but the pool was so dirty I didn’t trust the hot tub. Room was clean and the guys at front desk were nice.”

“The pool/hot tub and fitness center need to be upgraded. They are outdated and showing their age.”

“Booked this hotel because it advertised that breakfast was included. When we walked down on our first morning, we found out that it was NOT included. But the staff was extremely nice, room was clean and the shuttle drop off/pick up was great! Also, be aware that there is a charge to valet/park your vehicle per night.”

“The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very close to the ski slopes. Only saw one staff member in the morning for a short few minutes, but they seemed pretty nice. Doesn’t seem like there’s anyone really staffing the Front Desk. Knocked down a star on Clemments because it didn’t seem the sheets on the bed were changed before our arrival and unfortunately, we didn’t notice until it was late at night when we were going to sleep but found a long dark hairs belonging to someone else on the pillows....
