“Wir waren mit unserer Familie dort und haben kurzfristig reserviert und bezahlt. Der Mitarbeiter vor Ort war freundlich und bemüht. Allerdings war er organisatorisch schlecht vorbereitet und wusste wenig über unsere Reservierung. “The room was spotless, with pleasant decoration and amazing feeling pillows and duvet. There is space for free of charge parking and if the location is convenient to you then it is highly recommended. WiFi connection was great in general and they asked me to pay 15 euros extra as I arrived at 12:30 and asked to check in, in case the room was ready. Or I had to wait for a couple of hours which I found odd as that policy didn't quite resonate with me, since the room was available already. There...

“I arrived on Sunday and the hotel owner didnt send me the passcode for the hotel's main door and i waited for hours trying to call him and he didnt pick up. Gladly, the bar's owner nextdoors helped me in that regard. The room is quite big and ggod but the pillows suck, they get you neck pain and there are many missing things that ruin your stay especially if this is your first time in germany and you dont know around”

“Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende im Weinzuhause. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, das Restaurant sowie Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig und die Weine etwas besonderes. “Proprio un peccato che alcuni dettagli trasformino un sosta potenzialmente piacevole in un “non ci tornerei mai più”. Iniziamo dal check in. Siamo arrivati alle 19,30 di domenica ed abbiamo trovato la reception vuota, con la comunicazione che chiudeva alle 18 di domenica.
