“We had a marvelous experience at the hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Food was excellent with plenty of options. There was ample parking space for our car. The view from the hotel was breathtaking. Amenities were exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“The location of the hotel is pretty good, as it’s close to Himachal Tourism Lift and the Mall Road. The Hotel has 3 nice restaurants and a Breakfast buffet as well. Breakfast buffet was a decently good spread and tasted nice. However, the washroom smelled very bad, and despite a request to change room and fix the smell, the staff merely cleaned the washroom and sprayed a freshner. The washroom continued to smell throughout the stay. Also, the bathtub was creaking and was clearly...

“There is no fan in the property . We stayed for 3 nights even after requesting for a fan since after climbing the hill we used to pant and sweat in the sun the manager only provided us fan for a day rest of the days we had to survive. The owner had put in efforts for a good stay but the manager is not cooperative. No shampoo and lotion is provided in the hotel which is basic amenities”
