“I don't have anything good to say, so I'm not going to say anything at all”

“We left upon arrival. Room smelled of smoke and must. The room was substantially smaller than anticipated - the king bed did not leave much walking space around the perimeter, even for a person of smaller stature such as myself.”

“The room was not clean it was more so the smell from the blankets, the bathroom was dirty and hair was in the tub and a spider, the outside was nice. The young guy was cool but for the price it's not worth it honestly and I thought Delaware didn't tax. Also no one comes around to clean the rooms like normal motels do so don't look forward to getting a clean room.”

“It is located just off a main highway with a Cracker Barrel and a Waffle House on the same side and a Golden Corral just across the highway. This location is an older facility. The owners are doing very well to make the accommodations pleasant. It's primary usage would be for a night or two stay while traveling a long distance as there are no types of any recreation or entertainment available. The price is right and there is a small fee for your pet.”

“We used public transportation rather than rent a car: The bus stop was conveniently located right outside of the hotel for local use or for a transfer to the Amtrak station; restaurant options were within walking distance, and Ubers were available within minutes.”

“Staying here was by far the best stay so far as being homeless. Westend gardens just pretty much stole $450.00 i couldn't stay due to cockroaches and bed bugs no refrigerator no sheets or towels. Now I have no more money. I'm homeless with 2 dogs and my son.”

“I didn't like that it was a dead mouse in my room when I arrived. I had to go to the office to get towels and wash clothes. The laundry room was out of order. The room had double beds. The smell from the mouse was overwhelming.”

“Looks like old motel on the outside, but really kept well on the inside. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was super nice. Cozy and quiet. Enjoyed the stay no problems at all. Complimentary water bottles x2 per day and complimentary tote 1 per visit. Very nice experience”

“Beds were fine but everything else was gross. We arrived to what felt a bit unsafe - 24/7 surveillance signs which included large disclosures about the property not being liable for car break in's, long term stay guests sitting in "look out" positions outside rooms in walk ways outdoors & beyond dirty bathroom. The back of the bathroom door was filthy, brown stain dripping down the door with many small black hairs & what appeared to be poop...also the mold was everywhere even around the...

“The room was never cleaned prior to me coming in, there was toothpaste spit on the sink. Trash and stains still on bathroom floor. There are roaches, the lock doesn't work. There is old furniture falling apart just outside of rooms on the sidewalk. Fridge in room doesn't work correct. No smoke alarm in room. The structure of awning was dangerous as the posts weren't holding anything up. Place is not worth the price, not even half. I will be requesting a refund from corporate.”

“Bed was horribly uncomfortable. The place smelled like smoke as soon as you enter. The shower was disgusting. Paint was peeling from the walls. The faucet had a non stop drip….I could go on and on, point is just stay anywhere else.”
