Book this home for a relaxing vacation in Rotonda West!

Enjoy the wildlife and beautiful views on a lake in Rotonda West. This three bedroom, two bath house has a heated pool. The open floor plan features a dining room, living room, breakfast, and kitchen with a breakfast bar. Master bath includes a separate water closet and a roman tub. Each bedroom has their own walk-in closet. Access to the heated pool from the master bedroom and queen room. The lanai is a wonderful place for a lunch by the pool or a lounge for an afternoon nap. Children are welcome, ages 13 and above.

Hurricane Ian Update:

Our house sustained minimal damage inside from Ian. All repairs have been completed inside.

There is a new pool cage over the lanai and the pool is fully functional! We lost a few trees but there is still a beautiful lake to view!

Third Time is a Charm

We love staying at Dolly’s place. So clean with lots of little extras other rentals don’t provide. The pool area is fantastic and Englewood beach nearby is lovely. This was our third time staying here and we will be back again. Thanks Dolly!

Beautiful Place

This was the first time staying at this property and the views were beautiful. The pool overlooked the pond and we enjoyed waking up and looking for wildlife every morning. The pool was warm and not too cold. We highly recommend Dolly's place!

Dolly's Vacation House

This was our 4th consecutive year renting the house and we couldn't be more delighted. Dolly makes sure that everything is in good working order and we notice that she makes improvements every year. We are looking forward to renting from her again in 2026.

Another lovely time!

This was our second time staying at this property. The host is super thoughtful and easy to reach. You can’t beat the location 17 min from englewood beach and the pool area is so lovely and private. The sunsets from the pool are amazing. The place is very spacious and clean. We will be back!

Great place. Beatyfull swimmingpool en quiet neighborhood. Nice house everything was good working.

Amazing! Love the pool!! En the view. The births en the house was very comfortable. Only the bed in the masterbedroom was old and unstable. Anyway everything was great and we enjoy the stay there.

Dolly's Vacation Home

This is our third year staying at this location and we absolutely love it. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic, and we feel very safe. Dolly is a great host and if we have any issues or problems she responds immediately. Overall, the home is very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities one could ask for. We particularly enjoy the large, heated pool located under the lanai right off from the living room. We would recommend this vacation home in the strongest possible terms.

First of all: Dolly's villa is beautiful, very clean, well maintained and definitely recommended! We have been coming to Florida for 20 years and always look forward to the "new" house. Privacy and a quiet neighborhood are particularly important to us; we pay attention to the pool and view. All of this is available here and we enjoyed it for 3 weeks. Sitting at the lanai in the evening, looking over the lake and watching the birds was very relaxing. We immediately felt at home, we liked the beach style and the colors of the house. Everything is very well maintained, clean and functional and "cozy". We'd love to come back!

We have been to Florida many times mainly around the Orlando area. So this year we decided to Revisit the SW Florida area. Dollys villa seemed the ideal vacation home and so it was. From start to finish everything went as planned. It was the villa that really made the holiday perfect from the cleanliness to to the pool and the views around the pool was wonderful. I would highly recommend Dolly’s villa. Didn’t get to see any alligators but maybe next time.

Absolutely the best experience

Dolly’s vacation home far exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a VRBO in this location, your search has ended with this one. So so so clean and very nice accommodations. Had I known ahead of time how wonderfully the pantry and fridge were stocked by Dolly, I wouldn’t have had to go grocery shopping! Okay, maybe I needed one or two things. Haha! The pool and lanai area were beautiful and very peaceful. Just what I needed to refresh and recharge after a recent death in my family. Dolly was quick to answer my questions. I will DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

Exceptional! Would rent again!

This property was super clean. It had everything we needed and more! Dolly has really thought of everything. We are all about the pool and privacy when we rent homes and this pool/lanai area was just perfect. It was a good size pool and got sun all day. The home sits on a small lake and gets lovely sunsets. We enjoyed sitting out back and watching the birds and an occasional alligator pop up his head. Englewood beach is also a short drive away and we would head there each morning.,The neighborhood was very quiet when we were there. The home sits on a quiet street and is in a nice well kept neighborhood. We will be back for sure!

Paradise

From the minute we walked into this home, until the time we left, we felt completely welcome and at ease. The pantry and frig we’re overstocked with the basics and we’ll beyond allowing us to not stress about the typical grocery list you have to execute when traveling. The house was well appointed and completely comfortable and plenty of room to find a quiet spot to think or read. The majority of our time at home was spent on the lanai or in the heated pool. The view from the lanai offered a non stop viewing of nature in the beautiful lake at the bottom of the property. We were extremely happy with our time at this home and would wholeheartedly recommend to all.

Wonderful Vacation Home

This was our second stay at Dolly's Vacation Home. The home was clean and the pantry was stocked with all the things we needed to get us started for our month long stay. Lots of construction and repairs in the Rotonda area as a result of Hurricane Ian but it did not dampen the loveliness and ambiance of the area. There is so much to do in the surrounding area and we were never at a loss for something to do. The peacefulness of the pool, pond, and nature is sure to have anyone feeling relaxed in no time. A lovely vacation home - you won't be disappointed.

Winter Stay in Florida.

My wife and I just loved this vacation rental. The house was spotless when we arrived and the pantry was stocked with essentials to get us started. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The furniture and beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you needed to prepare any type of meal.. It was so so relaxing and enjoyable to sit out by the heated pool in the lanai and gaze out at the lake just beyond the back yard. The landlord was so accommodating with a big screen smart tv in the living room, bicycles, fishing gear, barbecue grill and even an exercise bike. We can't wait to go back there next year.

House With A Beautiful View

This house was the perfect setup for our group. And every room was stocked to the max!!! Best ever VRBO!! Love the lovely view of the pond while sitting on the lanai, living room and kitchen table. Beds were very comfy and bathrooms very spacious. I will be back.

Vacation Home

Dolly's Vacation Home did not disappoint. The house was immaculate and very well stocked with both refrigerated and pantry items to get us started. The home is in a quiet, lush area of Rotonda on a small pond with fish, alligators, birds, and other wildlife. Our morning coffee around the pool was always entertaining while being visited by the local egret and wood stork. We can't say enough about Dolly's Vacation Home and we look forward to visiting again in 2023. Thank you Dolly and Bonnie for making our vacation one to remember.
