Introducing Caddy Shack, the perfect abode for your short-term stay. This delightful 2 bed, 2 bath waterfront home has been thoughtfully remodeled to exude a beachy atmosphere. Spanning 2,230 square feet, it features gorgeous tile flooring throughout and boasts a prime location near 99 holes of championship golfing. This home is minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and only ten minutes away from prime Tarpon fishing in Boca Grande. Located directly across the street is a golf course and you can find plenty of nearby shopping options. Indulge in local outdoor activities like fishing from the canal or cycling around the scenic area. Make Caddy Shack your cozy retreat for a truly unforgettable coastal experience. Please note rates are subject to 12% tax, cleaning, and reservation fee.

A $500.00 Refundable Security Deposit is also required. NO SMOKING

Pets are considered - PETS REQUIRE OWNER APPROVAL pet fee is $150 per pet plus tax with approval only.
