Introducing Caddy Shack, the perfect abode for your short-term stay. This delightful 2 bed, 2 bath waterfront home has been thoughtfully remodeled to exude a beachy atmosphere. Spanning 2,230 square feet, it features gorgeous tile flooring throughout and boasts a prime location near 99 holes of championship golfing. This home is minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and only ten minutes away from prime Tarpon fishing in Boca Grande. Located directly across the street is a golf course and you can find plenty of nearby shopping options. Indulge in local outdoor activities like fishing from the canal or cycling around the scenic area. Make Caddy Shack your cozy retreat for a truly unforgettable coastal experience. Please note rates are subject to 12% tax, cleaning, and reservation fee.

A $500.00 Refundable Security Deposit is also required. NO SMOKING

Pets are considered - PETS REQUIRE OWNER APPROVAL pet fee is $150 per pet plus tax with approval only.

Needs a bit more updating

Very poor front curb appeal due to overgrown tree and poor front lawnThis property is fine and the canal location was the highlight for us Minor issues within the home and can tell the owner has started some updateThe property manager was very responsive to our concernsOverall 3 stars based on how much we paid for this rental

Home away from home

Thank you for sharing your home in Rotonda with us. We enjoyed our stay watching all the wildlife on the canal, friendly neighbors fishing and amazing sunsets. We don't play golf but could see many golfers challenge that sport. Our stay was for two months during reconstruction of our house due to Hurricane Ian. We were able to extended our stay with Tarpon two times due to delays. We will miss the Caddy Shack in Rotonda but it is so nice to get back into our home.
