Splendid Single Family Pool / Whirlpool Home with 4 bedrooms - 3 baths located on an oversized lot on Rotonda River. Rotonda is only 4 miles away from our 3 Barrier Islands (Boca Grande, Palm Island and Manasota Beach) with a total of 42 Miles of white sandy beaches, Shopping, Malls, Bars and Restaurants.

Beautiful home

We loved the home, pool and hot tub. Good communication with the mgt company. First time visitors to rotunda west. Not a ton to do around the area so unsure if we would visit again. Did a lot of golfing and enjoyed the hot tub nightly.

Loved this rental

House was spotless. Layout worked well for our family. Loved the pool and lanai area. Overall one of the best rentals we have ever had. Even a little alligator swimming in the canal. Communication was fantastic. Nicely appointed and well stocked with starter essentials. Thank you for the welcome gift too! This is a great home. We have been staying in this area for many years. This is the house we have enjoyed the most by far!!

Pelican Shores is everything we could have ever hoped for!

As the title suggests, our family had a vacation we’ll never forget, and staying at Pelican Shores was a major part of it! The house was clean, modern and had every amenity that a family would need for an extended stay. We used the kitchen and grill quite often to save money on meal expenses, so we were happy to discover that the home included almost any type of cookware necessary to prep meals. Additionally, there was an abundant amount of clean cups, plates and silverware to comfortably use when eating. The other highlight of the home was the pool! It was perfect for those hot humid summers days. My family literally swam every day and it was easy to sit outside on the patio under cover from the sun. The submerged platform in the pool was something we've never seen before, but it was perfect for my son (5 years old) who used our trip to learn how to swim! Apart from that, the bedrooms and living room all had very comfortable, clean furniture where we would spend time relaxing and sleeping when nighttime rolled around. The bathrooms where also very tidy and there was plenty of clean towels available for us, both bath towels and beach/pool. Lastly, communication with the owners/managers was excellent! They left us a very nice unexpected welcome gift when we arrived (thank you for that 🙂) Also, they had a binder with a collection of house rules & additional Florida information for us to read about. This gave us ideas to explore on outings, such as which beaches to choose, where the grocery stores were etc. They also very good and timely at addressing a few small issues that pop up during our stay. We could not be more grateful for the hospitality and hope to come back sometime in the future, Thank you!

Our awesome 2021 family vacation!

Over the years my family and I have stayed in a lot of nice homes in the Rotonda West community but none have been any nicer than this home. It was absolutely the perfect house for our family. There is no doubt we will be looking to stay in this home again.

Amazing property!

This house is stunning and the manager is fantastic! Very fast response time with all questions I had! Very clean, and decorated nicely! A MUST STAY IF YOU ARE GOING TO ROTUNDA/ENGLEWOOD!
