Tranquility by the beach🌴 3 bed 2.5 high ceilings open 2550 SF heated pool spa

Open floor plan, Feel like you’re on Vacation everyday. Located on a beautiful canal with tons of opportunities for bird watching. Large master bath with spacious walk in shower and soaker tub, fully equipped with everything you need. You will feel totally relaxed while enjoying the hot tub or the pool and listening to the waterfall. High ceilings in most of the house will give you that open plan and all the space you need. There is access to the pool area from 3 parts of the house including from the main bedroom. There is a pool bath and an outdoor shower which is great when returning from the beach. WeberGrill is available for a cookout. For the Golfers we have five golf courses in our community all within three to ten minute drive. Amazing beaches restaurants very close to the house.Area is a vibrant beach town with activities and events going on all the time within a short drive. Area has many walking and biking trails within the community. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas , bikes, fishing poles, coolers, and other items are stored in the garage for your use. House has a new pool/ spa heater ( pool heated for an additional fee.) The Primary’s suite is separated from guest bedrooms for extra privacy. House is also equipped with a desk and chair combined with great high speed internet make a great remote work spot. The community also has a park with tennis and pickle ball courts for your use. Just a ten minute walk or two minute drive. In summary ,like the name of our house says, Tranquility is what makes you happy, we just give you choices. 🌴🎉😁

Fantastic stay in Rotonda West

The property was beatifical inside and out. Great open floor plan, clean, large rooms, lots of wonderful sunlight due to all the window and sliding glass doors, and a pool with attached spa. House and garage were very organized and included more than all the things needed for your stay. Hosts were great communicators making sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. This house felt like home, and we did not want to leave. Thank you, Alan and Denise for a wonderful stay and sharing your home.

Very peaceful and private

We have visited the Rotonda area for many years and found this home to be an instant favorite. The pool and spa area is very private and peaceful, with tropical landscaping around the lanai and a wide canal area in the back. We chose this home specifically for tranquility and it did not disappoint. The spa waterfall feature added to the peaceful setting, making it very easy to spend most of our days in or around the pool. The outside Bluetooth speakers were perfect for streaming music and the outside shower and bath entrance is an added bonus. The home itself is much more spacious than other homes we have rented in the area. The small desk and office chair in the master was a very important feature for us, considering a need to do some limited business tasks during the trip. All of the basic amenities and much more are provided, including beach items, pool floats, bikes, and much more. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and very convenient to the Winn-Dixie, multiple restaurants, and all of Englewood. The world class beaches at Gasparilla Island are just 20 minutes or so away, with Port Charlotte and North Port also within a short drive. The owners were great in communicating with us and making sure all of our needs were met. This is a top-quality property that we highly recommend and hope to visit again.

Beautiful and very comfortable, great accommodations, only had one issue, no safety rails on pool, spa and showers other than that it was a great place to stay. The owners keep in touch and made sure if we had any issues they would take care of it. Fantastic

Ultimate Relaxation

My husband and I rented the home for our Spring Break Vacation with our two teenagers. The owners provided excellent communication. The home was spotless, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable. The pool and spa were perfect, there are so many wonderful restaurants and places to visit nearby but we stayed in more than expected because it was so relaxing just hanging around the pool. 10/10 would book this home again!

Perfection

If there is such a thing as "perfection" in the vacation rental business, this was it ! We loved the beautiful home: design, layout, floor plan,sliding doors and sliding window panels to open up the window walls, the lanai, heated pool and spa (hot tub), very comfortable and spacious, and very clean! The perfect home.We often stayed "home" to enjoy what the house had to offer. The owners were very attentive and helpful, easy to reach, communication was very good.They were very generous and encouraged the use of their "tools and toys" such as golf clubs, bicycles, beach chairs and beach umbrellas, fishing rods, etc. Again, perfect hosts! We made sightseeing trips to Sarasota, Fort Myers, Venice, Englewood, etc. We spent time on beaches in Englewood, Venice, Lido Beach Sarasota. And we played golf on some of the five golf courses in Rotonda West, in the back yard of the home so to speak. All in all we had a wonderful time and we want to thank Alan and Denise, our hosts, for the opportunity to enjoy their beautiful.home.

A month of relaxation at Tranquility

What a wonderful month we had at your beautiful home. It’s a perfect place for families with its extra living space and split bedroom layout. I work from home and the desk and high speed internet made it easy. The pool is beautiful and the hot tub was perfect for the chilly January nights. We loved the way it is tucked into the huge lanai for privacy. The home is well stocked and we enjoyed the recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The neighborhood is friendly and peaceful. Owners were easy to reach and so kind. Would love to stay again, and highly recommend! Thanks for everything!
