Welcome to Soul Haven, a peaceful four-bedroom lakefront home set right on the edge of Lake Rotorua. With sweeping water views, a large deck, a relaxing spa pool, and direct access to the lake for kayaking and fishing, this is the perfect place to unwind with family and friends.



Inside, you’ll find a spacious open-plan living area, a wood-burning fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, and fibre Wi-Fi, all designed to make your stay comfortable, cosy, and effortless.



The Space:

Whether you’re enjoying morning coffee on the deck, soaking in the spa as the sun sets, or exploring Rotorua’s world-class attractions just a short drive away, Soul Haven offers an unforgettable lakeside escape.



Soul Haven combines lakeside tranquillity with modern comfort, offering generous indoor–outdoor living and plenty of space for groups or families. The heart of the home is the open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that capture the ever-changing views of Lake Rotorua.



Light the wood-burning fire on cooler evenings, gather around the large kitchen island for meals, or slide open the doors to step out onto the expansive deck overlooking the water.



The home features three well-appointed bedrooms: two with queen beds (one with a private ensuite), one with a double bed. The fourth bedroom is a converted insulated internal access garage with three singles, ideal for kids or extra guests. With two bathrooms, air conditioning, fibre Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches throughout, the property is designed for comfort and ease.



Outdoors, the lakeside setting truly shines with a spa pool positioned to take in the views, direct access to the water’s edge, and kayaks ready for you to explore the lake at your own pace. The lake is shallow out about 150m so this spot is perfect for learning to paddle or a quiet morning of fishing.



Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including the deck, spa pool, backyard, and direct lake access. Kayaks and life jackets are provided for your use, and there is plenty of parking both on the driveway and on the street.

Soul Haven is set in a serene lakeside neighbourhood in Rotorua, offering a peaceful escape while still being just a short drive from the city’s main attractions, geothermal wonders, the Redwoods Forest, and popular dining spots. It’s an ideal base for those wanting both relaxation and adventure.



Getting Around:

We'd recommend your own vehicle when staying at Soul Haven although public transport is still available nearby.



Other Things to Note:

As the property is directly on the lakefront, children should be supervised at all times when outdoors.
