Motel a Rotorua

“Really nice place to stay. The 3 bedroom house is really spacious and has everything you need. The only negative was the creaking floors (not a major) and the heat pump in the main room was quite loud so turned it off.”

“The customer service was excellent. The room was what we needed. The only problem was in the bathroom. It looked like towel holders may have been removed but there was mould coming through. The maintenance may not have been completed and was still work in progress. The staff are really lovely.”

“good for 1 night stays, recommend”

“great stay will stay next time”

“Everything was great except the beds were soooo uncomfortable it was hard to sleep”

“Our room unfortunately was not good. Black on the ceiling in bathroom, no milk in fridge, holes in bedspread, burn mark holes in kitchenette countertop. The worst part was that we discovered there were no towels in our room and the office was closed with no number displayed to call. I'm glad we only stayed one night and if the office were open or a number to call I would have complained at the time and requested a new room.”
